Exciting News…

Whilst not formally announced yet, the International Taiji & Qigong Federation (ITQF) is planning it’s inaugural southern region weekend seminar. Two leading (Yang Style) Taiji masters and a senior (Chen style) instructor have already committed to the event. The current plan is to offer a range of Taiji and Qigong sessions, extending to the San Shou two man form and the spear and staff forms.

The location will be in Oxhey Wood, with good access and free off road parking.
